Great little tip...

I learned a great tip this week !! Some of you maybe have been doing this for years so if you have just look over my ignorance :)

We all hate to boil corn and have to wait 10-15 mins for it to cook...try this !!

Take any type of corn on the cob ( i.e. Frozen or fresh) and wrap each ear of corn with a damp paper towel. Place all ears of corn (already wrapped in the paper towels) in the microwave for 3 minutes. POOF !! Corn is cooked and juicy and ready to be served !!

Why am I just now learning this ???

Hey Tiff! I've microwaved corn on the cob for years, but did not know about the wet paper towel trick. Thanks for sharing. Oh, and if you need any other tips on cooking, etc. just ask. :) LOL!!!
