New Year. New Resolution.

30 Crockpot Meals 

​If you are like me, you juggle...juggle work, juggle kids, juggle housework, and the list goes on and on. For years now, I have made a promise to myself that I would simplify my life and my schedule..has this happened ? NOPE..it has gotten even more hectic because I decided to throw in working on my Masters degree in the mix. So I knew something had to give...lightbulb moment ! Scrolling though Facebook a few years back, I saw a mom that pre-made 30 crockpot meals all at once and then froze them...I decided I was going to take on this task. 
After 90 minutes at the grocery store and 2 1/2 hours of prep, I officially have 30 "not spaghetti again mom" gourmet meals ready to go for each day !
