So, People always ask me "What do you do in your spare time ?" And my response is "Oh, you know, just sitting around making Raspberry Truffle Cheescakes"......PLEASE !!

I now know why I buy the $4.99 frozen ones from Walmart !!
After keeping this recipe around my house for the past year, I finally got a wild hair to make it last night.
Now don't get me wrong , it actually turned out tasting absolutely delicious but getting to that point was a struggle.

So after about $15.00 in ingrediants and 2 hours of prep and cooking. This is what I turned up with.....
Once I cleaned it up and took off the "mushroom top" it looked pretty good !!
